Los centros de Murcia, Cartagena y Lorca lograron en 2023 una facturación superior a los 334.600 euros, un 23,5 por ciento más que el año anterior
El consejero Marín destaca que “ha sido el año más rentable en la historia de estos centros, fruto de la excelencia de los artesanos y del impulso a la promoción y comercialización de sus productos”
Los centros regionales de artesanía han alcanzado un éxito histórico en término de ventas de los productos creados por los artesanos de la Región de Murcia. En términos generales, las ventas de los centros experimentaron un aumento de facturación de 40.600 euros, lo que supone un incremento del 23,53 por ciento respecto al año anterior. Así, la facturación total alcanzó la cifra histórica de 334.632 euros, siendo el año más rentable en la historia de los centros de Murcia, Cartagena y Lorca.
Para el consejero de Economía, Hacienda y Empresa, Luis Alberto Marín, estas cifras reflejan que “2023 ha sido el año más rentable en la historia de los centros de artesanía de la Región de Murcia, fruto de la excelencia de los artesanos y del impulso a la promoción y comercialización de sus productos”.
En concreto, el Centro de Artesanía de Murcia lideró el ascenso, con un incremento de 17.698 euros, es decir un aumento del 23,5 por ciento. Por su parte, el Centro de Artesanía de Cartagena aumentó las ventas en 19.473 euros, equivalente a una subida del 13,87 por ciento. El Centro de Artesanía de Lorca también contribuyó al éxito general con un crecimiento en las ventas de 3.429 euros, lo que representa un incremento del 4,37 por ciento.
El mes de diciembre destacó por ser el más importante en términos de ventas, al alcanzar una facturación de 44.320 euros, y en los tres centros de artesanía se han vendido productos de 171 artesanos, 33 más que el año anterior, “lo que demuestra el continuo interés y compromiso de la comunidad artesana”, aseguró Marín.
En cuanto al número de visitantes, durante 2023 los centros regionales de artesanía recibieron la visita de más de 28.560 personas, un 13,32 por ciento más que el año anterior. Asimismo, se impartieron 18 modalidades de talleres de oficios artesanos que contaron con la participación de 2.971 usuarios.
Por otro lado, el impulso de las ventas ‘online’ a través de la web Crafts Region of Murcia
ha sido notable. En 2023 se registraron 59 pedidos, con la venta de 355 artículos, por un total de 4.742 euros, lo que supera significativamente las cifras del año anterior.
“Los resultados extraordinarios de los centros regionales de artesanía subrayan el compromiso continuo con la artesanía y la visualización de las habilidades únicas de los artesanos de la Región de Murcia”, aseguró Marín, quien destacó que “este éxito histórico no solo fortalece la posición de la artesanía regional en el mercado, sino que también resalta el papel esencial de estos centros en el fomento del patrimonio cultural y económico de la Región”.
