Aforo completo en el Cuartel de Artillería para ver en directo el talento murciano en un fin de semana cargado de moda
La séptima edición de Murcia Pasarela Mediterránea siguió con actividades de moda el sábado 18 y el domingo 19 de mayo en el pabellón 2 del Cuartel de Artillería; tanto murcianos como seguidores de fuera de la Región se dieron cita en estas dos jornadas donde la moda y las tendencias fueron protagonistas.
El pabellón 2 del Cuartel de Artillería se convirtió este pasado fin de semana en epicentro de la moda en la Región con Murcia Pasarela Mediterránea, congregando a profesionales del sector, a seguidores y curiosos, para disfrutar en directo del espectáculo de la moda en vivo. Nueve desfiles de moda, pop-up store (espacio de exposición y venta de productos artesanos y creativos), demostraciones de creaciones artesanas, y talleres, para acoger a más de treinta diseñadores murcianos que mostraron al público su talento, dándose a conocer en este relevante escaparate.
Desde la mañana del sábado 18, el Cuartel de Artillería se abría al público dando la bienvenida con un photocall en la puerta de acceso del pabellón 2, y un automóvil MG4 Electric del Official Car de la pasarela, MG Huertas Auto, que iba serigrafiado para la ocasión, y se presentaba en un tono naranja acorde también con los pantone de la cartelería de la séptima Murcia Pasarela Mediterránea. Pues, todo detalle se tiene en cuenta, y la modernidad del MG4 Electric y sus prestaciones, un modelo compacto y deportivo, con características tecnológicas avanzadas, destaca entre la multitud y es tendencia junto a la pasarela. Al entrar, en la segunda planta se ubicaba el pop-up store con una exposición de artesanos de la Región de Murcia y la participación de Adolfo Ruiz, Almaleon, Baging, Charo Romero Atelier, Cris Cober Design, El Arte de Hacer Nudos, Isabel Puig, Juana Nicolás, Knae Jewellery, Lola Salas, Pajaritas con Jota y Tricchi; stands de venta por los creativos Antorcha de Plata, Filigrana, La Loca Cía, Madahland, Nenzojewelry, PMK Artesanías, Radio Vintage y Yoa Jewels; y una barra de Estrella de Levante donde los asistentes pudieron refrescarse durante ambos días de forma gratuita.
Por la mañana, además, se ofrecieron dos demostraciones de la creación en directo de diseños por las artesanas de la Región de Murcia: Mercy Jimenez de El Arte de Hacer Nudos, que ofreció una demostración de macramé, y Lola Salas de Liebe, una demostración de marroquinería.
A las 17.30 horas arrancaron los primeros desfiles, dedicados a mostrar las primeras colecciones de seis diseñadores emergentes murcianos en la ‘Pasarela
Emergente Murciana’, que están empezando sus carreras profesionales en el sector: Esther Teban, Bymacaro, Andreslacarcel, Patricia Leal, Bella Tara y Binome; a las 19 horas siguió la ‘Pasarela de Artesanía de la Región de Murcia’, con la presentación en pasarela de prendas y complementos de los artesanos de la Región: Adolfo Ruiz, Almaleon, Antorcha de Plata, Baging, Carmen Navarro, Charo Romero Atelier, Cris Cober Design, El Arte de Hacer Nudos, El Costurerico por Proyecto Abraham, Gloriaca, Isabel Puig, Juán Guillén, Juana Nicolás, Cnae Jewellery, Lola Salas de Liebe, Pajaritas con Jota, Raquel Samper, Retalicos, Rosana González y Tricchi.
La escuela profesional de maquillaje y peluquería Susana Caravaca, equipo oficial de la pasarela, fue la encargada de este trabajo para la puesta en escena, mostrando una gran habilidad y talento. Y, por último, a las 20.30 horas cerró la jornada la diseñadora Elena Koshurnikova y el desfile-performance H2O “The New Concept”, en el que se mostró todo un trabajo creativo de peluquería y maquillaje diseñado por Trendy Peluqueros, Andrew Sánchez y José Méndez.
Los desfiles de moda estuvieron al completo durante toda la tarde, con un público totalmente entregado que disfrutó de cada una de las presentaciones, y que durante los descansos paseaba por el pop-up store y se realizaba fotografías de street style por el espectacular edificio del Cuartel. Un espacio industrial, moderno y vanguardista que invita a los visitantes a fotografiarse en cualquiera de sus múltiples rincones para crear instantáneas originales con mucho estilo.
El domingo, el Cuartel de Artillería continuó con su agenda de actuaciones, desde la 11.45 horas, volviendo a abrir el pop-up store y compartiendo con el público dos talleres de inscripción gratuita: taller “Artesanía del Cuero” por Lola Salas de Liebe, con MG Huertas Auto como protagonista, donde los asistentes crearon un original llavero en cuero con toque personalizado; y un taller de artesanía y moda “Trends & Crafts” guiado por las creativas y artesanas Mercy de El Arte de Hacer Nudos y Nuria de Manteka Estudio, donde los participantes diseñaron un collar tipo “choker” para el verano.
Murcia Pasarela Mediterránea fomenta la cultura de la moda en la Región de Murcia, impulsando al sector y creando una red de relaciones profesionales que suponen un valor para la Comunidad.

La iniciativa, impulsada por la Consejería de Empresa, reúne a artesanos de la Región para transmitir el arte y la innovación de sus creaciones en un ambiente festivo
El evento tendrá lugar los días 18,19 y 20 abril, en el Centro Regional de Artesanía de Murcia
La Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Empresa, a través de la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, ha organizado la primera edición del ‘Artesanía Market Fest’, un evento festivo donde la artesanía será la protagonista.
Así, el Centro Regional de Artesanía de Murcia acogerá los días 18, 19 y 20 de abril esta iniciativa, que contará con música en directo, demostraciones y talleres y un mercado artesano con productos de decoración, moda, complementos y alimentación, entre otros.
El evento, que se desarrollará tanto en la zona de parking exterior del centro como dentro de sus instalaciones, acogerá talleres tanto para el público infantil, con los artesanos Anuka Creaciones y Fernando Martínez; como para adultos, con Vanesa Castaño e Isabel Puig. Además, se han programado ocho demostraciones en directo del trabajo artesano.
Asimismo, en el mercado artesanal participarán más de 20 artesanos de alfarería, prendas y complementos, joyería, alimentación o decoración, de toda la Región de Murcia como, por ejemplo, Menganita de Cual, Juan Guillén, José Antonio Zapata, Manteka Estudio, El Costurerico, María Moya, Knae Jewellery, Raquel Samper, Vanesa Castaño y Cristina Franco, entre otros.
Según destacó el director general del ramo, Rafael Gómez, se trata de un evento “dinámico, con una puesta en escena original que no dejará indiferente al visitante”. “Lo que pretendemos con la celebración de este primer ‘Artesanía Market Fest’ es mostrar la importancia de la artesanía de la Región, así como destacar algunos de sus valores, como son la sostenibilidad, la cercanía, la profesionalidad, la tradición y el diseño”, añadió Gómez.
Las tres jornadas estarán amenizadas con música en directo gracias a la participación de la banda murciana de rock Goblin Circus y de los DJ Plutonita, AlbalaDj, Dan Vidal, Alejandro Dj y Cruda Colectivo. ‘Artesanía Market Fest’ “es un evento que nace para quedarse y transmitir arte e innovación a través de las creaciones de los artesanos de la Región, rodeados de un ambiente de tendencia”, añadió el director general.
El encuentro artesano se celebrará jueves 18 de abril, en horario de 17 a 21 horas; y viernes 19 y sábado 20 de abril, en horario de 12 a 14 horas y de 17 a 21 horas.

El mes de abril celebra con intensidad la primavera, y el Centro de Artesanía de Murcia lo hace con la primera edición del evento ‘Artesanía Market Fest’. Un encuentro festivo, impulsado por la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, donde la artesanía será protagonista los días: jueves 18 en horario de 17 a 21 horas, y viernes 19 y sábado 20 de abril, en horario de 12 a 14 horas y de 17 a 21 horas.
Música en directo, talleres para niños y mayores, demostraciones del trabajo artesano, y mercado con productos de decoración, moda, complementos y alimentación… Además de photocall y zona de descanso. Y todo, tanto en la zona parking exterior del Centro de Artesanía como dentro de las instalaciones expositivas.
‘Artesanía Market Fest’ pone en valor la artesanía de la Región de Murcia, la intensa labor artesanal y la creatividad que existe en nuestra Región, y destaca la sostenibilidad y la humanización ligada a la producción y a la venta de cercanía; y los presenta en un entorno moderno y dinámico, con una puesta en escena original que no dejará indiferente al visitante.
El evento acoge talleres tanto para el público infantil con Anuka Creaciones, para crear un lapicero, y Fernando Martínez, de encuadernación japonesa, como para los más mayores, con Mamita is Love, para diseñar un porta-velas, e Isabel Puig, de trenzado de papel. La Comunidad volverá a convocar ayudas para facilitar a los artesanos su participación en la Muestra de Navidad, que cumple 40 años
La Dirección General de Artesanía mantiene un encuentro con los profesionales del sector para dotar de mayor impulso la feria
La muestra de las pasadas fechas navideñas superó todas las expectativas marcadas por los artesanos, con la afluencia de miles de personas
La Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Empresa, a través de la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, volverá a convocar este año una ayuda de 140.000 euros para la asistencia de los artesanos a eventos y muestras regionales, entre ellas la de Navidad que cada año se instala en el paseo Alfonso X el Sabio de Murcia.
Así lo expuso el director general, Rafael Gómez, durante un encuentro con artesanos para dotar de mayor impulso dicha muestra, y en el que destacó que la ayuda que se volverá a convocar “propició que en la pasada edición artesanos que no tenían previsto acudir pudieran hacerlo gracias a una ayuda de hasta el 80 por ciento del gasto para su asistencia a esta, de ahí el aumento del número de participantes en la última edición”.
En el marco de esta reunión, que tuvo lugar esta semana, también se analizaron los resultados de la Muestra de Navidad 2023, y se marcaron unas pautas de colaboración dirigidas a mejorar dicho evento, dando así inicio los trabajos destinados a la preparación de la próxima edición, en un año que la muestra cumple los 40 años.
“Queremos contar con ellos y con sus aportaciones, ya que siempre se puede mejorar, y qué mejor manera que hacerlo que con los verdaderos protagonistas de la Muestra de Navidad”, aseguró Gómez. Asimismo, manifestó que los artesanos mostraron en la reunión su satisfacción por el éxito de la última muestra, que “ha superado todas las expectativas que se habían marcado los artesanos, con la afluencia de miles de personas que visitaron la feria y pudieron adquirir productos artesanos de la Región de Murcia”. “Sin duda, uno de los mejores escaparates donde dar a conocer el magnífico trabajo que realizan nuestros artesanos con una gran profesionalidad”, añadió Gómez.
La pasada Muestra de Artesanía reunió a cerca de 100 artesanos que ofrecieron a los visitantes productos tradicionales en las fechas navideñas, así como un amplio abanico de artículos vinculados a numerosos oficios. Del total de artesanos participantes, 82 fueron de la Región de Murcia y el resto de comunidades como, por ejemplo, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana, Galicia y Castilla-La Mancha.
Cerca de cien artesanos participan en la XXXIX Muestra de Artesanía de Navidad de la Región
Profesionales llegados de la Región, Andalucía, Galicia, Valencia y Castilla La Mancha ofrecerán sus productos en una nueva edición que arrancará este viernes, en el paseo Alfonso X el Sabio de Murcia.
Un total de 95 estands participan este año en la XXXIX edición de la Muestra de Artesanía de Navidad organizada por la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Empresa, a través de la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanos, y en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Murcia.
En concreto, la Muestra, que abrirá sus puertas el próximo viernes 1 de diciembre en el paseo Alfonso X el Sabio de Murcia, contará con cerca de cien artesanos que volverán a ofrecer productos tradicionales en las fechas navideñas, así como un amplio abanico de artículos vinculados a numerosos oficios artesanales. De los 95 estands participantes, 93 son de artesanos, uno de una ONG y uno institucional, que estará ubicado en la parte central de la muestra.
Hay que destacar que este año, la Dirección General con competencias en Artesanía ha incluido en la orden de subvenciones la posibilidad de solicitar una ayuda para la asistencia a muestras de artesanía y otros eventos regionales, “lo que ha propiciado que artesanos que no tenían previsto acudir puedan hacerlo, y reciban una ayuda de hasta el 80 por ciento del gasto para su asistencia a la misma, de ahí el aumento del número de participantes”, según explicó el director general del ramo, Rafael Gómez, durante la presentación de la edición 2023.
En la presentación, en la que también participó el concejal de Turismo, Comercio y Consumo del Ayuntamiento de Murcia, Jesús Pacheco, se resaltó que, del total de artesanos participantes, 82 son de la Región de Murcia y el resto de comunidades como, por ejemplo, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana, Galicia y Castilla La Mancha.
Los oficios artesanos presentes en la muestra son muy variados y van desde alfarería, apicultura, belenismo o confitería a la elaboración de cosmética natural, encuadernación, bisutería y zapatería, entre otros.
El estand institucional será un espacio dinámico, donde el visitante podrá solicitar información, contemplar diferentes exposiciones temporales, talleres participativos de oficios, presentación de nuevos productos, así como demostraciones en vivo, actuaciones musicales y talleres infantiles.
Entre otros, habrá talleres dirigidos a adultos, como el de cerámica y los de elaboración de quesos y pan; y también talleres para niños, como el de pintura, con la colaboración de la empresa murciana Cartonlab, o la elaboración de galletas navideñas y de panderetas.

Asimismo, se realizarán demostraciones en vivo de la mano de ceramistas como Verónica Maccorin y Carlos Jiménez Cenamor; de la pintora dibujante Lidia Cass; de los realizados por alumnos de la Escuela de Arte de la Región de Murcia; así como de productos de alimentación como el realizado por la empresa artesana El Turro, de elaboración de mermeladas de la mano de la empresa Confituras Tradicionales.
La música también estará presente en la muestra con varios miniconciertos en el estand institucional: flamenco, jazz del grupo Che Swing & Marina, música de autor de Fran Ropero, villancicos de las Hermanas de los Pobres y del coro de niños del colegio María Maroto de Murcia.
Gómez destacó que, “con la intención de apostar por la calidad y la imagen de la Muestra de Artesanía Navidad”, el visitante podrá elegir el estand mejor decorado, votando a través de las redes sociales de la Muestra de Navidad.
La muestra estará abrirá desde el próximo viernes 1 de diciembre hasta el 5 de enero, con horario de 11 a 14 horas y de 17 a 21 horas. Los días 24 y 31 de diciembre estará abierta hasta las 14 horas y los días 25 de diciembre y 1 de enero permanecerá cerrada.

'FLYPPY' RETURNS TO THE MURCIA REGIONAL CRAFTS CENTER WITH THE EXHIBITION 'LIGHT SCULPTURE ELEMENTS'
The Murcia Regional Craft Center is hosting a new exhibition with the work of the sculptor Ismael Cerezo, known as 'Flyppy'. Registered in the Artisan Registry since 1997 and winner of the 2022 Regional Crafts Award, 'Flyppy' shows in 'Elementos escultoluminís' more than forty sculptural works, most of them with their own light.
The general director of Consumption and Crafts, Sonia Moreno, inaugurated the exhibition yesterday afternoon, which can be visited until the end of April, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: 30 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
'Flyppy' from Murcia is a creative glass and metal craftsman, practically self-taught. He began in the early 90s to make his sculptures with all kinds of metals. He opened his own workshop with a glass furnace, which allowed him to create his most recognizable pieces: lamps, bugs, ladybugs, spiders, herons, fish, bulls, owls, butterflies, lampposts and a whole explosion of metal and glass sculptures.
'Flyppy' has spent more than 30 years evolving his technique to unleash his creativity and achieve balance between the various materials with which he works.

Europe will once again celebrate the European Craft Days from March 27 to April 2. During that week, free activities will be offered that will bring visitors and curious people of all ages closer to the sphere of artisan creation. Fairs, open days in workshops or in the cloud, live demonstrations, face-to-face or virtual exhibitions, conferences, etc. both in face-to-face format, respecting all protection measures, and in virtual format or both at the same time. A week around crafts in which artists who wish to show their creations and share their work procedures with the public are invited to participate.
This year, Spain will be the guest country and the regular program will include the first "Singular Encounters", special activities that will offer an exclusive visit for small groups in a place that is not usually open to the public.
The registration period for activities for artisans and public and private institutions is now open on the website www.diasdelaartesania.es, where the program of activities will be progressively updated. In order to propose activities, it is necessary for the artisan person or the institution to register on the website to later upload the proposal specifying the title, a brief description, days, dates and place in case the activity is face-to-face. If it is online, the activity will be reflected on the map, but will not include location data. The objective of these conferences is to bring the secrets of the work of luthiers, jewelers, potters, lace makers, blacksmiths, weavers and all kinds of artisan trades closer to the public, to spread their enormous wealth and uniqueness. In Europe it will be held in other countries such as Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
In the previous edition, more than 400 activities were carried out throughout Spain, being the third country with the most actions after France and Germany. Of all of them, 385 were face-to-face activities of a different nature, such as open days (craft workshops, associations, workspaces, etc.), trade demonstrations, practical workshops for children and adults, exhibitions, as well as communication activities in the sector. . There were also 17 online activities, such as virtual tours of artisan workshops and live demonstrations, and 14 were online and face-to-face. Andalusia and Castilla y León were the communities with the highest number of activities, 119 and 52, respectively, followed by the Community of Madrid and Galicia, with a program of 43 and 42 activities.

The Minister of Business, Employment, Universities and Spokesperson, Valle Miguélez, presented the Craft Fair of the Region (Feramur), along with the Deputy Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Morales.
More than 80 artisans from all over the country will meet at the XXXVIII Edition of the Craft Fair of the Region of Murcia to be held from September 22 to 25 in Lorca.
The fair will have a commercial area and the sale of artisan products, as well as live demonstrations, live workshops, contests, parades and concerts. In addition, there will be a gastromarket, where you can buy products such as cheeses, sausages, empanadas, sweets, wines and gourmet beers and taste them. The Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia is going to join the fair with the organization of a 'showcooking'.

THE OFFICIAL HANDICRAFTS FAIR OF THE REGION WILL BE HELD FROM SEPTEMBER 22 TO 25 IN LORCA

The European Crafts Days have their origin in Les Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art, which organizes in France the National Institute of Métiers d'Art (INMA) since 2002. Minister Valle Miguélez stressed that "this traditional display that symbolizes the beginning of Christmas is a showcase to promote the work of artisans in the Region and to encourage citizens to make their purchases in local businesses, which allows preserving trades and generate job".
You can find artisan stands of honey, nativity scenes, jewelry, embroidery, beer, wine, cheese, confectionery, bakery, fruit and vegetable preserves, marzipan and Christmas sweets, bookbinding, works with paper and cardboard, jewelry, toys, leather goods, artistic metal, figures, dolls, painting and drawing, silver, regional costumes, designs in stone, glass and shoes.
Of the 76 participating artisans, 73 are from the Region, from municipalities such as Abarán, Águilas, Bullas, Caravaca de la Cruz, Cartagena, Cehegín, Ceutí, Jumilla, Las Torres de Cotillas, Lorca, Molina de Segura, Moratalla, Mula, Murcia, Puerto Lumbreras and Yecla, two artisans come from Albacete and one from Valencia.
The exhibition is organized by Crea Asociación Artesana, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Consumption and Crafts, and the Murcia City Council.
Workshops and product presentation
At the institutional stand, which is located in the central part of the exhibition, at the intersection of Alfonso X and Jaime I, a series of activities will be held, such as exhibitions by the cabinetmaker Francisco Montero Fenollos, the winegrower Lorenzo Boris Abellán, the milliner Inés Fernández Montesinos and the Mental Health Association of Murcia and counties, Afes.
Workshops will be organized on goldsmithing, making wool dolls, puppets, bookbinding and paper decoration with oil jasper, and marzipan from El Turro, crespillos from Lorca DeAlcazar, wines from Bodegas Salzillo and Esencia Winer will be presented.
