The Client declares that all the information and data provided to SALZILLO are true and correspond to reality. If the Client does not provide all the necessary information, the order cannot be processed.
The Client undertakes not to make any false or fraudulent order, SALZILLO reserving in these circumstances the power to cancel it and take the appropriate actions.
The Client declares that he is over 18 years of age and has the necessary and sufficient legal and working capacity to enter into contracts of economic content.

- PRODUCTS OF THE REGIONAL CRAFT CENTER
The guarantees that SALZILLO offers with respect to all its products are generally conditioned to their domestic use. The Client must, in any case, and prior to making the purchase of an item, ensure that it is suitable for the use that he wants to give it.
SALZILLO is not responsible for possible claims arising from a use other than that for which the article is designed.
- TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
This website shows confirmation windows for the data provided that eventually do not allow you to continue with the purchase if the data entered does not have the correct format. In any case, before making the payment, the Client will be able to view the selected products and the details of their order on the website so that, if necessary, they can modify the data of their order. - ONLINE SERVICES
On our website you will find five delivery methods, as defined below.
Parcel delivery
All home deliveries of less than 20 Kg, in which none of their items i) exceed the measurements 60x40x39 cm ii) 25 litres, iii) have a weight equal to or greater than 10 kg, will be sent through the service of parcel. On the product page by clicking on "See more product information" you can find all the details of the measurements and the volume of our articles.
Home delivery
If your order does not meet the parcel characteristics, it will be sent to your home through a carrier service.
Fast shipping
If your order does not meet the parcel characteristics (but rather those of 'Home delivery') and we have delivery availability from your nearest Craft Center, in home delivery, we will offer you the possibility of fast delivery at the same cost. You will know if fast shipping is available from your nearest Craft Center in the process of selecting your order. The maximum term of the fast shipment will be 8 days from the placing of the order.
Click&Collect
We pick up your order and have it ready for you to come pick it up at the Craft Center of your choice.
Click & Collect 'Pick Up Point – Collection point'
We bring your order to the collection point that you choose.
The terms and conditions refer to these five delivery methods, defining the different characteristics of each of them. Unless otherwise agreed, and express confirmation by the customer regarding the delivery of a specific product, in all modalities the delivery indicated above will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the placing of the order.
- HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, the Customer must select from the website the products they wish to purchase by creating a virtual shopping list.
Before placing the order, the Customer must have followed the following steps:
- Read and understand the description of the products as it appears on this website. In case of doubt, the Client should contact SALZILLO through the email coordinadoracentrosartesania@salzillosi.com, the Customer Service contact telephone number or go to the nearest Craft Center.
- Read and understand the essential and technical characteristics of the products, which are available in the product information and technical information sections of the website. Among them, any statement regarding technical standards and benefits relevant to the use you want to give the product.
- Consult on the website the indicated price of the products and the possible promotions that may be applicable, being able to view and know the final price including VAT or tax that may be applicable, as well as the price of the selected transport service and of the cost of collection in Store or Delivery Point. It is informed in advance and the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that the price of the items that appear on the website www.murciaartesana.carm.es may vary, only downwards, depending on the promotions in force at any time, being applicable to the Customer's order those promotions that apply to the shipping methods: Fast Shipping, Click & Collect and Collection Point in force in the virtual store from which your order is processed.
Once you have selected all the products you want to buy, the Customer must select if you want the Collection Service by:
- Click&Collect.
- Click & Collect at Collection Point.
Selecting in these cases the establishment in which to collect the merchandise.
Or hire delivery at your home by:
- Parcel / Home delivery (according to the characteristics of section 6 'Online Services').
- Fast shipping.
Once the selection has been made, the Customer will be able to view the selected products and their final price, once the discounts have been applied according to the current offers corresponding to the chosen delivery method (section 11. Promotions), the contracted services as well as the cost of the preparation of orders and you must choose the desired date of collection and/or delivery according to the corresponding modality.
In the case of parcels, the Customer will be provided with a delivery date that in no case will be greater than 30 days from the placing of the order, confirmed by the parcel company. In case the client is not available for delivery, one of the collection points of the transport company will be available, which will be communicated by the transport company.
In order to place the order, the Client must have previously registered, filling in their data through a form. The Client undertakes to verify the data provided in the form, as well as the accuracy of the products and services chosen, and must go back on the website to correct the data entered or any of the order details, if they are not accurate.
In case of agreement, the Client must make the payment by clicking on the "Pay Now" button.
After payment, SALZILLO will immediately inform you by email of the confirmation of your order and will send you your Purchase Order together with the link to access these General Purchase Conditions.
In the event that the order is effectively formalized, SALZILLO will not file the document in which the contract is formalized in paper format. However, it will send you the link to these terms and conditions, which contains the withdrawal document (Annex 1) to the email you have designated for it, so that the Client will have the possibility of recovering and saving the general conditions of purchase.
- AVAILABILITY
SALZILLO will display updated information on the availability and stock of products on its website. Even so, it is possible that a product, the availability of which has been confirmed by SALZILLO, has been sold out during the ordering process, therefore, in this case, SALZILLO will inform the Customer of this situation via email and /or by phone, and will offer you the following alternatives:
- The delivery of the product in a period greater than that initially indicated, subject to the Client's agreement with this solution, at no additional cost.
- The return of the price charged within a maximum period of three working days, from the indication by the Client that this is the chosen alternative, by the same means of payment used at the time of paying the order. In case of assuming the total return of the order, the amount to be returned will include the costs of the shipping service of the product that the Client would have paid. In the event of a partial return, in which the items subject to the return of the item change the characteristics of the delivery method of the initial order, and therefore the price of the service, this difference in price will be adjusted in the return.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices of the products that appear on the website include VAT and are current at all times, including current promotions that may be applicable.
The prices of the products exclude the expenses of the services, which will be added to the total amount before proceeding to the payment of the same.
The Client may use VISA and Mastercard credit or debit cards as a means of payment.
To do this, in the order payment process, the Customer will have to enter the data of the card chosen for payment. SALZILLO has contracted with third-party companies that guarantee the security of transactions on the web. All data provided for these purposes is encrypted to guarantee maximum security and is hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol.
Promotion or refund cards will not be accepted as a means of payment.
The Client may use gift cards as a means of payment, whenever they place an order with a transport or parcel service, but not for orders with fast shipping, store pick-up or pick-up points.
SALZILLO is not responsible for the lack of veracity of the data included by the Client at the time of placing the order, nor especially for the damages caused to third parties due to the illegitimate use by the Client of means of payment.
- PROMOTIONS
Direct discount promotions
On the website you can find items to which direct price discounts are applied.
Sales promotions with premium
In promotions with sales with a premium (a product, several, or a gift card or discount card is given with the purchase), the Customer will be informed of the specific conditions of each of the promotions.
SALZILLO will deliver a promotional card in digital format to those Clients who meet the promotion requirements, by means of the email provided at the time of purchase, with the indicated amount. This promotion card can only be redeemed at the Regional Craft Centers, for a limited time.
- BILLING
For Click & Collect, Click & Collect at Collection Point or Fast Shipping orders
The Client will receive his invoice, in paper format, for the purchase of the contracted products and services, which will be delivered together with the merchandise.
For parcel or home delivery orders
The Client will receive his invoice, in digital format, by email at the time of purchase confirmation, for the purchase of the contracted products and services.

Additional services
Storage. Service only available for 'Home delivery' and 'Fast delivery' orders. If you want to delay the date of your shipment, it will be free for the first 15 days from the date of purchase. You will then have to pay €15 for each additional week. The storage service will have a maximum duration of 2 months from the contracting of the service. If the order is finally cancelled, SALZILLO will proceed to the full refund of the amount of the merchandise purchased, discounting the cost corresponding to storage. Delays in carrying out the transport service on the agreed dates due to causes attributable to the Client will also entail storage costs at the Client's expense, as reflected in these conditions, unless SALZILLO is attributable in which case SALZILLO will assume said cost.

In order to proceed with the return with removal of merchandise at home, you must prepare the products with the original packaging.
- DELIVERY
SALZILLO will send the order within the period agreed with the Client according to the delivery method, within a maximum period of 30 days. The "delivery" will be understood to have occurred when the Client or a third party designated by him acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the delivery note provided for this purpose by SALZILLO or the transport service provider.
For orders with Home delivery or Express delivery
If it is not possible to make the delivery by SALZILLO on the date and time slot agreed with the Client, the order will be returned to our warehouse and SALZILLO will contact the Client to arrange a new delivery.
In the event that the reason why we have not made the delivery is an absence on the part of the Client, the Client must pay the amount of the Transport again before it is carried out, except for causes attributable to SALZILLO, in which case SALZILLO will assume the cost for the next shipment.
For parcel orders
The parcel transport company will make a delivery attempt and if finally the delivery does not take place, the order will go to a delivery point of the parcel transport company, where the Client will have a period of 10 days to pick it up.
- DELIVERY METHODS
14.1. CLICK & COLLECT. COLLECTION OF ARTICLES IN STORE OR COLLECTION POINT
When placing the order, the Customer must choose the desired collection date. After payment, the Customer will receive a confirmation by email that will include the products purchased and the date of collection.
The Customer must collect the products on the collection date, at the Craft Center / at the collection point that they have selected, at the time that each establishment / collection point has for collection in the merchandise withdrawal areas enabled in each of the establishments.
In the event that the Client does not pick up the merchandise on the day of collection at the Craft Center, SALZILLO will remind him of his obligation to collect it by SMS, by email or by telephone, a collection that may take a maximum of 24 working hours from the date chosen by the Client for the collection of the merchandise.
In the event that the Client does not collect the merchandise on the day of collection at the SALZILLO collection point, SALZILLO will remind him of his obligation to collect it by SMS, by email or by telephone, collection that may take a maximum of 3 days from opening counting from the date chosen by the Client for the collection of the merchandise within the collection opening hours of the establishments indicated on the portal www.murciaartesana.carm.es
If after this period the Customer has not picked up the order, SALZILLO will have the right to terminate the contract and reimburse the Customer for the purchase price received using the same payment method that the Customer chose. In this case, SALZILLO will not reimburse the costs of the service.
To enable the collection of the merchandise at the Craft Centers / Collection Point, the owner of the order must identify himself, exhibiting, where appropriate and for the security of the Client himself, his National Identity Document, Community Residence Card, Passport or, in the case of acting on behalf of a legal entity, the document proving their representation, all in force. In case of designating a third party for the collection of the merchandise, he must present the copy or number of the order to be able to identify the order, as well as an identification document of those indicated.
14.2. DELIVERY THROUGH HOME DELIVERY SERVICE, EXPRESS SHIPPING OR PARCEL
SALZILLO offers the possibility of contracting transport services for the items purchased in the virtual store, as well as other additional services, as provided in these conditions.
The following documents are part of these general contracting conditions: (a) The purchase receipt (b) the requested document/order detailing the services contracted by the Client, their price, as well as the agreed date for their provision, and (c) any other annexed documents that, if applicable, are signed by the parties in relation to or development of the services provided.
By accepting these conditions, the Client authorizes the service to be provided by third parties appointed by SALZILLO. Likewise, the Client expresses his acceptance with the conditions set forth below, and the veracity of the data provided.
- SALZILLO OBLIGATIONS
- Provide the contracted Service(s) on the dates or maximum terms and agreed slots as stated in the order. SALZILLO will not transport or store items that have not been purchased at the Craft Centers. The order will incorporate the agreed date and time slot, taking into account the arrival of all the merchandise. SALZILLO guarantees compliance with the agreed deadlines, except for circumstances beyond SALZILLO or force majeure that prevent the provision of said services under the agreed conditions, which will not imply a breach of contract by SALZILLO.
- Depending on the delivery method that the Client has selected, the following will apply:
- For parcel service
Delivery times: A maximum delivery date of 6 days is offered from the date of placing the order, from Monday to Friday, in mainland Spain.
Once the carrier receives the purchase at its facilities, the Customer will receive a notification with the final date of shipment. This will contain a link to its web page, where the Client may modify the delivery address to a point of convenience, with an advance notice of more than 1 hour regarding the notified delivery date. In this case, the parcel transport service must be arranged before a period of 5 days, counting from the date on which the initial order was made, with said modification not having any cost to the Client.
On the same day of delivery, the Client will receive another notification informing him of the time slot in which the delivery is scheduled. In the event that this slot does not suit your needs, you can continue to modify the delivery address, date or point of convenience more than 1 hour before the delivery time.
The parcel transport company will make a delivery attempt and, if finally the delivery does not take place, the order will go to a point of the parcel transport company where the Client can pick it up in a maximum of 10 days. As soon as the package is received at a point of the parcel company, it will send the Client a notification by SMS/Email with the address where they can go to pick it up.
In the event that it is not possible to arrange a new appointment or the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Client, the order will be understood to be cancelled, and the Client will assume the cost of the transport service previously paid. Once this period has elapsed, SALZILLO will refund the Customer the amount of the merchandise that was the object of the initial order within 3 working days from the receipt of the merchandise by SALZILLO, in the same account/card or medium from which the order payment was made.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, the casuistry of section 9 'Availability' will apply.
The order may be canceled for 1 hour after its completion and as long as it is canceled more than 24 hours before the delivery date, in which case SALZILLO will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase, including the cost of transportation. After this period, SALZILLO does not guarantee that the order has not left our facilities. If this were the case, the previously paid transportation costs of the merchandise will be deducted from the reimbursement of the amount.
- For home delivery and fast delivery service
It will be the service to apply for home delivery when it does not meet the parcel characteristics.
- The date arranged with the Client for the Transport may be modified at the request of the Client, provided that the new date is agreed with SALZILLO with a notice of more than 24 hours prior to the initial date established to carry out the transport service of the order. In this case, the transport service must be arranged before a period of 14 days, counting from the date on which the initial order was placed, with said modification not having any cost to the Client. In the event that it is not possible to arrange a new appointment for reasons attributable to the Client, or the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Client, within the period of 14 days indicated above, the order will be understood to be canceled, and the Client will assume the cost transportation service previously paid. Once this period has elapsed, SALZILLO will refund the Customer the amount of the merchandise that was the object of the initial order within 3 working days from the receipt of the merchandise by SALZILLO, in the same account/card or medium from which the order payment was made.
- If the Client changes the place of delivery, this may entail an additional cost, depending on the new area designated for the service, in which case they will be informed in advance of the cost that the change of place of delivery will entail for prior acceptance.
- If the Client is absent on the agreed date and time, SALZILLO will contact the Client by telephone to arrange a new date within the indicated periods. In this case, you must pay the cost of a new transport, as well as the storage if, when establishing the new date, the 15 days of storage that SALZILLO grants free of charge are exceeded, according to the provisions of section 12 'Costs of services'.
- The services are ordered and paid at the time of purchase of the service. SALZILLO will not accept subsequent payments from a Client as payment for an additional service, unless it can be justified by means of an invoice or delivery note for the corresponding service. SALZILLO will only be responsible for the services contracted directly with it, in no case for additional services or third parties that are not contracted to SALZILLO.
- The order may be canceled for 1 hour after its completion, as long as there are more than 24 hours before the delivery date, in which case SALZILLO will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase, including the cost of transport. . After this period, SALZILLO does not guarantee that the order has not left our facilities. If this were the case, the previously paid transportation costs of the merchandise will be deducted from the reimbursement of the amount.
- CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Pay the price of the Services at the time of contracting, in accordance with the prices stipulated in the attached order for each Service through the accepted means of payment.
- Remain at the address where the Service is to be performed on the agreed date and time or expressly designate a person for these purposes.
- In parcel orders, for any modification, you must notify the parcel delivery company more than 1 hour in advance of the notified delivery date. If you do not make this notice within the established deadlines, your order will go to a point of the parcel transport company where you can go to pick it up in a maximum of 10 days.
- In home delivery or fast delivery orders, for any modification of the scheduled date and time, you must notify SALZILLO more than 24 hours before the delivery date (on a business day - considering a business day from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays-). If you do not make this notice within the established periods, you will be obliged to pay the amount of a second trip or shipment as a prior condition for the performance of a new service. In the cases in which the service is postponed at the request of the client, SALZILLO will additionally charge a storage cost if, when establishing the new date, the 15 days of storage that SALZILLO grants free of charge are exceeded, according to the provisions of section 12 'Costs of the services'.
- The correctness of the data is essential for the provision of the service, therefore, the Client declares and guarantees that the data that appears in the order (name, surnames, telephone numbers, full address, date and time of the performance of the Service) are correct. . It is necessary for the Client to provide SALZILLO with a contact telephone number to be able to locate him and manage the contracted services and to be able to follow up.
- Deliveries to post office boxes and public places are not allowed. In the event that the carrier has to travel a second time due to an error in the data, the Client must pay the cost of this displacement or shipment according to the order rate.
After the provision of the contracted service, it is essential to sign the delivery note, indicating in the incidents section, any that may have arisen at the time of provision of the service or damage caused when it is visible. This will allow us to adopt the necessary improvements in the service provided and have a record of them. Claims that are not included in the delivery note will not be accepted, except in the case of hidden damage or defects covered by the guarantee.
The Client is responsible for verifying the number of packages received, their status and signing their agreement or not with the delivery, having examined the merchandise together with the Service Provider. Loss and/or damage to merchandise and/or installations during transport must be disclosed in writing on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
In the case of non-visible damage or loss, the claim period is 7 days from delivery. The Client must submit a descriptive document and, where appropriate, photographs of any damage/incident perceived. The brief may be presented in person at any of our stores. The Client may contact SALZILLO's Customer Service by calling 968357537 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, except national holidays. Claims in any case must include the information described for their study.
- At the time of contracting the service, the Client must ensure that the space and height conditions of the place where the transport is to be carried out are adequate, as well as notify at the time of contracting the transport if there is any obstacle that prevents or hinders the delivery of the merchandise in the indicated place, such as doors of reduced dimensions, stairs that are too narrow, non-existence or not of adaptation of forklifts or elevators, pedestrian streets or with restricted hours, etc. these circumstances being valued to agree on a special price for transport in these cases. If SALZILLO has not been previously informed of this and a second transport is necessary, it must be paid according to rates, without the right to reimbursement of the first, and may entail storage costs, according to section 13 'Costs of services'.
- The Client exempts SALZILLO, and therefore will be solely responsible for i) making use of the products in accordance with the corresponding technical specifications and instructions for use ii) verifying the correct location and placement of the product in the property in accordance, where appropriate , with the book of the building, the obligations of use and maintenance of the property, emergency and evacuation manuals and any other requirements applicable to the property in question.
- The order may be canceled for 1 hour after its completion and more than 24 hours before the delivery date and SALZILLO will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase, including the cost of transport. After this period, SALZILLO does not guarantee that the order has not left our facilities. If this were the case, the previously paid transportation costs of the merchandise will be deducted from the reimbursement of the amount.
- AFTER-SALES SERVICE
In the event that the Client has an incident with the management of the reception or collection of their order or with its content, they must contact the nearest Craft Center. Likewise, you can contact the SALZILLO Customer Service by calling 968357537 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
Cancellation of the order
The Client has 1 hour from the confirmation of the order, provided that there are more than 24 hours left for the delivery date of the order, to cancel the purchase in its entirety as well as the contracted services. The Client may contact SALZILLO by calling 968357537 to cancel the order.
In these cases, the total price will be paid by the same payment system used at the time of paying the order within a maximum period of three working days from the communication of the cancellation. Partial cancellations of the order will not be accepted. In this case, the Client must cancel the order in its entirety and place a new order.
After this period, SALZILLO does not guarantee that the order has not left our facilities. If this were the case, the previously paid transportation costs of the merchandise will be deducted from the reimbursement of the amount.
Right of withdrawal
Once the merchandise has been received, the Client, if his condition were that of a consumer, will have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the last of the products purchased in the same order to partially or totally exercise his right of withdrawal.
In the event of total or partial withdrawal, SALZILLO will return to the Client, by the same means used to pay, the payments received for the returned merchandise and for the contracted services (collection or transport), which, where appropriate, will be proportional to the quantity of returned merchandise, within a maximum period of three working days from when SALZILLO received the returned merchandise.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must contact, within said period, SALZILLO SERVICIOS INTEGRALES, SLU, Calle Plano de San Francisco, 4 Bajo, zip code 30004 – Murcia. SALZILLO provides, attached to these terms and conditions, a withdrawal document, which the Client may or may not use for this purpose. Likewise, the Client may send SALZILLO the withdrawal form by email to the address: coordinating centersartesania@salzillosi.com.
The products must be made available to SALZILLO, at any of the Craft Centers, within a maximum period of three working days from the communication of the withdrawal. If the Client opts for the collection of the products by SALZILLO, the costs derived from the return will be borne by the Client, these being those indicated in section 12 'Costs of services'. This cost will be offset against the total amounts to be returned to the Client.
Return
Once the term to exercise the legal right of withdrawal has elapsed, SALZILLO offers the Client a guarantee, in addition to the legal one, of return or exchange of the products purchased, which the Client may make effective within a period of 365 days from its purchase, for exchange of opinion
Once the condition of the merchandise returned by the Client in exercise of this commercial guarantee has been verified, if the product has not been unsealed and maintains its original packaging, SALZILLO will refund the amount of the purchase of the product (not of the contracted services), for the same payment method that the Customer used within three business days of receipt.
If the product to be returned is in its original open packaging, removed from the packaging or without packaging, assembled or used, but is in good condition, SALZILLO will provide the Customer with a Return Card without expiration for the amount of the returned products (not contracted services). The return policy does not apply to contracting services.
In the use of Refund Cards as a means of payment, the provisions of Law 7/2012, of October 29, on the modification of tax and budget regulations and the adaptation of financial regulations for the intensification of of the actions in the prevention and fight against fraud, as modified, as well as the limitations stipulated in it.
Items damaged as a result of their use, as well as Gift Cards are excluded from the Returns and Exchanges Policy. Refunds of purchases made with a Gift Card, Promotion and Refund will be made using the same payment method.
The Client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the products to be returned as a result of handling them unrelated to that derived from their nature, their characteristics and/or their operation, which will mean that in such cases the exercise of the right of withdrawal or the commercial guarantee of return offered by SALZILLO.
To exercise these rights and guarantees, the Client must present proof of purchase of the products in any case.
- WARRANTY
The products purchased on this website enjoy the same guarantees as those purchased directly at the Craft Centers. By virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, when the Client is a consumer within a period of two years from delivery, SALZILLO will be liable for manufacturing defects in the items purchased. Once the existence of a manufacturing defect in the product is verified, SALZILLO will proceed to repair the product or, where appropriate, replace it. If both solutions are not possible, the Client may request a proportional price reduction and if the defect is serious, the termination of the contract.
The Client has the obligation to communicate the detected defect in the two months following the moment in which he notices it.
- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION
This contract will be governed by the Spanish legislation that is applicable in what is not provided in it in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
In case of disagreement arising from the purchase of products through the distance selling service, from these General Conditions, and for the resolution of any conflicts, the parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction to which may be entitled to the courts and tribunals of the city of Murcia. In the case of companies, the competent Courts and Tribunals will be those provided for in the regulations in force for each case.
