Los directores generales de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, Rafael Gómez, y de Consumo, Alberto Sánchez, participaron en la presentación del VI Concurso Regional del Pastel de Carne Artesano de Murcia, que ya tiene el plazo de inscripción abierto, y del cartel de esta edición.
El concurso, organizado por la Asociación Regional de Empresarios de Pastelería de Murcia (Arepa) en colaboración con el Gobierno regional, tiene como objetivo promocionar y poner en valor el pastel de carne, uno de los productos más representativos de la gastronomía murciana.
Las bases del concurso y el formulario de inscripción están disponibles en la web de Artesanía de la Región de Murcia, y las solicitudes deben enviarse a concursoregionalpasteldecarne@gmail.com antes del 31 de marzo de 2025.
Gómez destacó que “a través de certámenes como este, no solo estamos impulsando la calidad y la innovación en la elaboración, sino también preservando una receta que forma parte de nuestra historia desde el siglo XVII”.
Durante el acto, celebrado en el Centro Regional de Artesanía de Murcia, y al que asistieron los organizadores del certamen, Gómez explicó que “los candidatos que quieran participar deben estar inscritos o en trámite de inscripción en el Registro Artesano de la Región de Murcia, dentro del oficio de pastelero, y deberán encontrarse en activo al momento de la competición”.
El próximo 2 de abril será cuando se conozca al ganador tras la tradicional cata, que tendrá lugar en el Centro Regional de Artesanía.
