ELABORATION
Coming from sixty-year-old vines of the varieties already mentioned, located in the highest altitude area of the DO Jumilla, on brown limestone soils, not free of organic matter, decreasing at greater depths.
Combined all these aspects with extensive viticulture, they give us fruits of a great concentration of aromas and flavors.
These are vinified with the greatest care, combining with the new oenological techniques: the grapes are subjected to pronounced maceration processes in order to obtain the greatest polyphenolic richness, Matius is deposited after alcoholic fermentation in French and American oak barrels, producing in these malolactic fermentation, remaining over nine months.
TASTING
Colour: Picota cherry with purple tones, with a seductive ring.
Nose: it presents great aromatic diversity, highlighting the aromas of ripe fruit amalgamated with spicy, smoked tones typical of its stay in wood.
