Description
Own grapes, free standing vineyard with 40 years, in the municipality of Yecla at 650 meters of altitude. Calcareous loamy-sandy soil with pebbles. Vinification: fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15 degrees) without the addition of yeasts or sulfur. When it has the right density, it is bottled to generate carbon dioxide inside the bottle and remain for at least a year until disgorging. The decrease is filled with the same wine, obtaining a Brut-Nature. Preferential consumption before 2 years. All the articles are made by hand by artisans from the Region of Murcia, each object is unique and unrepeatable and is not the same as the one in the photograph.
