The Murcia Craft Center offers Christmas workshops for the little ones

They will be held from December 27 to January 4, with activities such as sculpture, painting, basketry, bookbinding, leather goods, puppets, postcard creation and bread making.

The Murcia Regional Craft Center proposes a series of workshops during Christmas for children to make an artisan product and develop their creativity.

The workshops will be held from December 27 to January 4, they are designed for children between 6 and 12 years old, they will last an hour and a half and a registration fee of 8 euros. The little ones will work on sculpture, painting, basketry, bookbinding, leather goods, puppets, create a Christmas postcard and learn to bake bread.

On December 27 (10:15 a.m.) and 29 (6:45 p.m.) and January 3 (10:15 a.m.) the textile collage workshop 'Sweet Christmas' will be held, with Vayatela, SL, for the creation of a Christmas postcard using reused fabrics.

The pottery workshop 'Once upon a time… the man' will be held by Verónica Maccorin on December 27 (12:00 p.m.) and 29 (5:15 p.m.) and January 3 (12:00 p.m.). Participants will create their own custom handcrafted clay sculpture.

Painting will be the star of the 'Princes and Princesses' workshop, with Andrea Lopardo, on December 27 (5:15 p.m.) and 29 (12:00 p.m.), and January 3 (5:15 p.m.).

They will also be able to learn how to handle wicker and esparto grass with Antonio Narváez in the basketry workshop 'La Caperucita Roja', which will take place on December 27 (6:45 p.m.) and 29 (10:15 a.m.), and on December 3 January (6:45 p.m.).

Children's workshops at Christmas

The General Directorate of Consumption and Crafts has decided to relaunch a new proposal for children's craft workshops for children called "Great Murcian craftsmen teach small craftsmen", these workshops will be accompanied by a guided tour at the Murcia Regional Craft Center. Given the success they have had during the months of July and August.

These workshops will be held from Wednesday, September 1 to Monday, September 6, and are as follows:
