VINO OVERGROUND VOL II

Bizarría Wines, is a sole proprietorship company, recently created, whose activity is based on the recovery of vineyards with minority autochthonous varieties of the Region of Murcia. (Forcallat, Moravia, Merseguera). The vineyards are worked in a traditional way, without any type of agrochemicals. The manual harvest is carried out by microplots, in 15 kg plastic boxes. Each plot and each varietal is vinified separately. In this way it is possible to produce a total of ten different wines. Once in the cellar, the must ferments spontaneously, using native yeasts. It is not clarified, nor is any oenological product added. The resulting wines are considered natural.
