Description
Own grapes, vineyard with 40 years, in the municipality of Yecla at 650 meters of altitude. Calcareous loamy-sandy soil with pebbles. Vinification: de-stemmed and 30% whole bunch, macerated for 10 days at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels of three hundred liters the 50% of the wine, for 11 months. Subsequent assembly again in stainless steel. Bottled in April 2021 by gravity in a protective atmosphere. Without sulfur. Preferential consumption before 10 years. All items are handmade by artisans from the Region of Murcia, each object is unique and unrepeatable and is not the same as the one in the photograph.
