CEOM arises from the union of families from Murcia with members with intellectual disabilities, as a non-profit association. Mission: The purpose of the association is to carry out activities of general interest in favor of people with intellectual disabilities or at risk of incurring it and their families; seeking to improve their quality of life and their social integration through actions and activities that include: the study of their conditions and needs, prevention, early care, training, occupation at work, leisure, sports, culture, guardianship, housing, and, in general, everything that contributes to the achievement of its goals, although it will have to abide by the specific legislation that regulates such activities. Registered in the artisan register since September 2009 in the cardboard and carpet trade. Together with other associations in the Region of Murcia, CEOM makes up FEAPS: Federation of Organizations in favor of people with intellectual disabilities and cerebral palsy.
