José Bielsa (Murcia, 1967), learned leather work from his two older brothers, and although he had been working with them for a long time, more than 15 years gaining experience and new knowledge, in 2008 he began his journey alone, applying all his dexterity in more contemporary designs. It is in this last period when he applies much more color to his work, making products (purses, belts, bracelets, bags, etc.)… with bright colors and designing new, much more modern models. The techniques that dominate his crafts are die-cutting and embossing, tracing many of his works with very elaborate stitching, carrying out all these processes manually.
