Ángela Miñano Muñoz, honey artisan, is the daughter of beekeeper Ángel, who has been practicing beekeeping in Murcia for more than fifty years and is known for his rich honey, which is collected naturally and by hand. Now they follow in the footsteps of this teacher, two of his children and in this way they continue betting on this family tradition, which they have experienced since birth, collecting quality honey and attending the craft markets that are held in the Region. This honey comes especially from the lands of the Murcian Northwest, although the hives are moving to the different blooms, for example that of the orange blossom. Their honey is natural and handmade, they only sell it in craft markets such as El Zacatín in Bullas or at the Christmas Craft Show in Murcia, to individuals who claim it, to herbalists and select shops and in "La Colmena", a small shop that they have inside the Plaza de Abastos de Verónicas, in Murcia. Their honey is characterized by that artisanal and minority touch, whose label, which is still cut out and pasted by hand and has been known by consumers for years, as "Miel El Colmenero", from Barranda.
